What We Treat

Sleep that never restores you, tension you carry all day, digestion with a mind of its own. Often these don’t arrive alone: poor sleep makes pain harder to bear, pain makes you anxious, and anxiety unsettles your digestion.
Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at how those symptoms fit together. Using pulse and tongue diagnosis and a look at your sleep, diet and stress, we work out what is driving the pattern, and treatment aims to restore balance and support your body’s own capacity to heal. Many patients tell us they sleep better and feel calmer over a course of treatment. Individual results vary.
Ear acupuncture is also available, a seated £10 session if you just want a quick reset.
