Many private health insurance plans now cover acupuncture, so depending on your policy you may be able to claim back the cost of treatment with us. Policies vary a great deal, even between plans from the same insurer, so do check your policy before you book.
Many of our patients get their treatment pre-approved and claim the costs back through their insurance or a workplace health scheme.
How Claiming Works
Check your cover first. You can then pay as normal and reclaim the cost using the invoice we give you. To request an insurance invoice please email . Please include any information your insurer requires.
Some patients arrange for their insurers to pay us directly in advance of their treatement. On request we can invoice your provider directly. Once they have paid, we will issue you a code so you can book your sessions in advance.
Plans that may include acupuncture include Aviva, AXA, WPA, Vitality and Cigna.

We offer affordable community acupuncture at Zen Yoga, just off Camberwell Green, and at the West London Buddhist Centre near Royal Oak underground. Treating several patients together in one shared room is what keeps our acupuncture appointments affordable at £42, rather than the £60 to £90 or more charged elsewhere.
We are at Zen Yoga on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and at the West London Buddhist Centre every Wednesday. Everything is booked online. If it is your first visit, or you have not been in the last twelve months, choose a first appointment (which includes a consultation) when you book.
